Description Summary 13;
Sales Oversight is a department at Blue Cross that ensures that agents and employees who sell individual and Medicare products are following rules and regulations set forth by state and federal legislation. This role will support the Sales Oversight team in the development of training materials and agent communications and participate in auditing and monitoring activities of the agents and employees.

Strong interpersonal skills are required to successfully manage multiple assignments while working closely with the Sales Oversight team. The intern will also work collaboratively with other areas such as sales, marketing, product management and compliance.

Creative development responsibilities may include documenting processes and discussions such as agendas and minutes, writing for sales agent communications, participating in department activities and other communications tactics.

The intern will participate in internal and external auditing and monitoring activities.
Accountabilities 13;
:Writes, edits and/or design internal communications, training and agent tools
:Tracks materials through review and development process
:Assists with the tracking of sales oversight activities
:Conduct research for sales and marketing communications
:Assist and take an active role in various external events and presentations
Requirements 13;
:Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing, Sales/Health related field
:Excellent analytical, problem identification and resolution skills
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to pay close attention to detail
:Ability to achieve results in a highly complex environment with tight deadlines and multiple shifting priorities.
:Positive attitude and the ability to participate as part of a team to ensure plan compliance
:Strong application knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Requirements 13;
:Interest in Non:profit Organization and Healthcare Industry
:Interest in Medicare products
:Experience/Interest in marketing, communications, project management
