Job Summary 13;
The MDU Manager is responsible for all aspects of MDU contracted sales within assigned Consumer Region. This position will report to the Sr. Director/GM of Consumer Region. The sales leader will have a team of 6:8 MDU account hunters and 2 sales engineers across one of the 4 Consumer Regions.
Prior experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring sales professionals in value selling, prospecting, proposal creation and sales closing skills will be required. Ability to manage and develop home builder, association, consultant, vendor, and strategic customer relationships across assigned Region.

Job Responsibilities:
:Manage the sale of all contracted MDU consumer products including high:speed, video, voice, smart home and CTL ON within assigned geography.
:Perform account planning and positioning for Strategic Accounts under the Consumer Markets Unit.
:Responsible for creating customized technology solutions that deliver outstanding service to contracted MDU properties.
:Train, coach, mentor, motivate and conduct formal performance reviews for team of 6:8 sales executives and 2 sales engineers in Enterprise level accounts.
:Meet contracted living unit and revenue targets based on roll up direct report sales team
:Responsible for day:to:day sales activity management, funnel activity, territory management, and customer focused sales efforts for a team of MDU sales executives.
: Participate in community and industry:related events to further develop the opportunities to procure new business.
:Work cross functionality with variety of business leaders and other direct and indirect sales channels.
:Overall financial tracking, revenue recognition as well as forecasting responsibilities for the team.
:Significant travel required

Qualifications and Skills:
:Bachelors Degree
:5+ years of sales leadership experience
:Masters Degree
:10+ years of sales leadership experience
