Anyone want to actually WRITE some music???

Hey folks, I'm a guitarist looking for people who want to get together and write some stuff. It gets really boring playing by myself all the time, but I don't want to start/join a cover band (there are way too many of those). Is there anyone out there who's good at writing lyrics? Play bass? Drums? Sing? ANYTHING?!

About me: I've been playing for over 15 years (I have played professionally or about 6 of those 15). My style of play is actually getting to be more John Petrucci-ish, but I am an enormous fan of Jerry Cantrell's technique. I draw inspiration from many different genre's of music, but I'm all rock at heart. I'm really into Five Finger Death Punch right now, but my all time favorite bands to listen to usually are Pink Floyd, Alice In Chains, King's X, Dream Theater, and Danzig.
