About the role:
This role is on the WATCHMAN Marketing team and will work closely with WATCHMAN Sales teams, HEMA Team, and Sales Ops teams to create customer facing economic messaging and tactics that articulate the economic benefits of WATCHMAN device and hospital wide impact of an LAAC program. She/he will create a WATCHMAN Franchise engagement plan that target CVSL Directors and C:Suite level partners. He/she will work with key stakeholders to identify best practices at key LAAC implanting centers. She/he will assist with the WATCHMAN commercialization efforts in Japan.
Your responsibilities include:
:Work with Franchise team members to create and execute on an integrated strategy designed to remove existing economic barriers to LAAC Therapy Adoption at the hospital level.
:Own the Franchise strategy for engaging all CVSL and C:Suite partners
:Work with internal partners and external vendors to identify and to socialize best practices among 400+ implanting centers.
:Partner with internal BSC groups who are focused on offering Solutions:based opportunities to hospital systems.
:Serve as WATCHMAN Franchise lead for the BSC CVSL Advisory Board
:Plan and execute a LAAC focused Advisory Board for Cath Lab Directors, CVSL administrators, and C:Suite level partners.
:Support a product launch in Japan and in other new geographies through detailed knowledge of best practices of successful LAAC programs in the U.S.
:Create an engagement strategy to promote the growth of LAAC therapy in the U.S. among economic stakeholders and implanting physicians
:Assist with tactical planning for key Cardiology, Structural Heart, and LAAC conferences
:Assess and evaluate technologies and best practices that can streamline the LAAC procedure, while maintaining excellent patient outcomes
:Participates and collaborates across Boston Scientific to ensure executional excellence.
:Provides direction and establishes solutions in support of continuous improvement.
:Maintains and enhances knowledge of communications and industry trends and best:in:class practices as related to responsibilities.
What we're looking for:
Minimum Qualifications
:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field required
:5+ years of work experience in marketing, strategy, business, and/or sales operations (OrMasters degree with2+ years of work experience in marketing, strategy, business, and/or sales operations
:Excellent Project Management skills and ability to work cross:functionally required
:Product or Therapy launch experience
:Willing to travel up to 25 of the time, both domestically and internationally.
:Demonstrated Project Management skills
:Strong communication and executionskills
Preferred Qualifications:
:M.B.A. or relevant Masters Degree Preferred
:Medical Device / Healthcare experience preferred
:Ability to drive communications strategies and influence stakeholders
:Proven Business Acumen
:Excellent MS PowerPoint, Excel skills
