About the role:
We are looking for a lead generation/demand generation Digital Marketer who will own, plan and optimize digital marketing activities for patients. . This individual will continually create and optimize online campaigns and landing pages to drive patient engagement. The person in the role will work directly with internal teams and external agencies to execute on digital plans.
Your responsibilities include:
:Be responsible for growth strategy, execution, and optimization across the organization.
:Provide input into multi:channel growth strategy based on product needs: SEM, DSPs, email marketing, push notifications, traditional, mobile native and web, programmatic display, etc.
:Define, and optimize A/B and multi:variant tests
:Partner with Marketing analyst to analyze results and make new recommendations
:Oversee the execution of lead generation program and ensure it meets the overarching strategy
:Develop, define and manage the customer acquisition and retention proce3ss from ideation to execution
:Define and validate core KPIs, such as cost per metrics, retention, ROI and LTV to drive the business
:Make recommendations new technologies to help augment and enhance the marketing tech stack.
:Work with internal marketing technology team to develop roadmap for watchman
:Be agile and iterative in your approach, and relentless in your search for the next unexploited growth opportunity
:Responsible for all digital media to drive customer acquisition and move through the funnel
:Develop and define lead nurturing strategy and journey to drive patients from acquisition to implant.
:Oversee execution of all optimization efforts
What we're looking for in you:
Minimum Qualifications
:5+ years of digital experience in Direct to consumer industry, consulting, or agency
:A passion for growth marketing and driving customer adoption
:Previous digital marketing or user acquisition and growth experience proliferating consumer facing digital products and services
:A passion for building, bringing to market, and scaling digital products and services
:B.S. degree in Marketing, communications or similar field
:Entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape our growth initiatives and company
:Ability to think strategically and creatively: analyze, synthesize, recommend and take actions
:Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
:Experience in medical device, biopharma, healthcare or another regulated field is preferred.
