Description Summary 13;
This position is responsible for answering customers questions pertaining to products, benefits, claims and eligibility in a call center environment. They will also support the creation and distribution of standard performance reports, work schedules and call forecasts. In addition, this position will monitor call trends and suggest appropriate actions.

Accountabilities 13;
* Respond to customer telephone inquiries or written inquiries within a call center environment
* Serve as a customer advocate by identifying underlying customer needs and guiding them to appropriate resources or programs
*Research inquiries completely to ensure timely resolution of issues with minimal support
*Support scheduling for call center to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained
*Develop long term call forecast and modify current forecasts based on analysis of call volume
*Produce and distribute assigned reports and dashboards according to established schedule
*Other duties as assigned

Requirements 13;
:Holds a GPA of 3.5 or above on a scale of 4.0
:Successful completion of coursework in statistics, communication and business.
:Junior level or above
:Strong application knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
:Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive for clarity
