The Senior Clinical Education Specialist is responsible for support of customer and sales training initiatives. The position will provide clinical education and expert consultation to facilitate broad adoption of superDimension/Interventional Lung Solutions products. The position reports to the Clinical Education Manager.

**A Day in the Life**
Responsible for the preparation of equipment, materials and supplies for Customer Sales Education programs.
Provide clinical/technical instruction on Interventional Lung Solutions (ILS) procedures and devices for physician, facility staff and sales training programs.
Provide clinical/technical case support for customers in the use of ILS products.
Maintain technical/clinical expertise on superDimension/ILS products and applications to support a diverse group of internal customers (i.e.; sales, marketing, research and development, etc.), and external customers (Physicians, facility staff, vendors, etc.).
Participate in the development of training program content and materials in conjunction with other internal and external product and technical experts to meet the needs of customers (global sales organization, physicians and facility staff).
Participate in off-site training related events and meetings as assigned.
Assist the Education team as a course facilitator /presenter as required for various training programs and events.
Develop educational tools/materials in conjunction with the Education team for use by customers.
Maintain awareness of medical and scientific literature to maintain expertise of current issues relevant to superDimension/ILS products.
Attend Company meetings / professional conferences / trade shows as required
60-75% travel
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
+ Bachelor s degree required
+ 4+ years of relevant experience in medical device sales, marketing, education, or comparable work experience.

+ Strong organizational skills.
+ Self-directed, demonstrating high degree of initiative
+ Ability to establish proper priorities.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills to relate well with various business contacts (e.g., marketing, sales, clinical).
+ Ability to present to clients, patients, and medical professionals
+ Demonstrate track record of execution and influence without complete authority
+ Ability to identify key decision makers
+ Articulate; strong oral and written communication skills
+ Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
