Description Summary 13;
This position will work closely with our affiliate companies product and strategy team to monitor market and competitive trends to evaluate, enhance, and develop new product opportunities. This position will also participate and provide support in product planning and product management meetings.
:Identify, evaluate and report on trends and provide product level analysis
:Develop expertise on medical spending account products by doing research of industry trends
:Work closely with client:facing teams to gather voice of the customer
:Monitor competitor information and deliver updates to cross:functional teams
:Assist in developing and maintaining competitor profiles
:Conduct research for product and strategy team as part of product assessment efforts
:Analyze member behavior for segmentation and profiling
:Prepare product guides and briefs to assist marketing in producing open enrollment materials and collateral
:College student or recent college graduate
:Business or marketing related major with intent to stay in related field
:Previous experience helpful but not necessary
:Demonstrated interpersonal skills for working with business partners, vendors and cross:functional teams and for making formal presentations.
:Required to work on site during business hours
:Demonstrated personal computer skills and the willingness to learn in the use of a suite of software tools (such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and project management tools
