Program Manager, Disease Management
About the role:
::a name_MailAutoSig:The purpose of the Healthcare Solutions and Partnerships team is to help establish Boston Scientific as a leading healthcare Solutions provider.
:This is achieved by engaging in long:term partnerships with customers, providing them with products, services and solutions which are differentiated and tailored to their needs.
:Reporting to the Director Disease Management, this role leads and provides direction to a cross functional project team to deliver key projects and initiatives using a defined program management structure.
Your responsibilities include:
:Program planning: Takes the program objectives and facilitates cross functional planning to develop a plan to meet those objectives.
:Liaises with the business to help identify and obtain the right resources to support the project.
:Product/Technology Management: Manages the technical challenges of technology application and new product development; identifies, communicates, and manages low levels of technical risk.
:Project/Program Management: Manages key initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing processes; develops (with assistance) and implements project plan; builds team ownership and commitment to project plan.
:Communications and Reviews: Responsible for team and cross:functional communications; liaison between the team and the PIB; leads (with assistance) phase and business reviews, project meeting minutes, issues log, metrics, and other key communications.
:Help support the preparation for major presentations/deliverables such as; AOP, quarterly reviews, strat plan, PIB.
:Serve as individual responsible for weekly staff meetings; schedule, agendas, minutes
:Project management of special projects as assigned
What we're looking for:
Minimum Qualifications
:Bachelors of Science degree
:7+ years of relevant work experience in managing projects through a development lifecycle
Preferred Qualifications
:PMP or PRINCE Certified
:Track record of delivering successful projects
:Ability to set clear objectives and manage a team to execute those objectives.
:Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
