Job Description:/h3:
Reier Group is seeking an enthusiastic Full/Part:time Customer Service And Marketing Representative to join our team You will be responsible for gathering and recording key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue, brand and customer satisfaction.
:Conduct market research with existing customers to determine potential of products and services
:Outbound call campaigns to existing customer base to:
:determine product value,
:product satisfaction,,
:product inventory and selection
:in:store staff experience
:overall customer experience,
:Compile and document all data and deliver to client Manager
:Previous experience in market research or other related fields
:Outbound customer service or outbound call experience
:Strong MS Office skills
:Working in a fast:paced, high volume environment
:Available to work a minimum of 30 hours a week with some flexibility in hours if needed.
:Reliable Transportation
:Solid, Professional References
:Strong communication and presentation skills
:Ability to work well in teams and independently
Hours will be during the day Monday:Friday and are flexible with a set schedule.
We are located one block off Washington Avenue in the North Loop, near the bus and train line.

Starting wage determined upon experience.
