The Client Field Marketing Manager : Enterprise Americas will drive quality segment strategy and pipeline creation/acceleration for clients in a specific Market Unit geography in the US. This role reports to Group Manager, Client Marketing : Enterprise Americas, and will collaborate with various marketing, sales, product marketing, market development and marketing operations in their role.
They possess a passion for the customer, a familiarity with the unique needs and behaviors of the customer, while having the ability to coordinate, arrange and prioritize campaigns, programs and tactics to drive pipeline and exceed revenue expectations.
The Client Field Marketing Manager drives the market unit strategy while also planning, managing and executing programs that generate interest and leads. He or she partners with the inside and field sales teams to execute programs that build the pipeline needed to exceed quotas and is the primary liaison between various marketing functions, field sales teams and fosters alignment amongst all Market Unit contacts.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing plans consisting of multi:touch, multi:dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics in order to achieve growth plans within their market unit. He/she also manages a segment budget and negotiates vendor relationships. They will also work closely with Market Development, Product Marketing, Sales, and Events and Insights team to drive successful marketing programs for his/her market unit.
The ideal candidate brings a passion for orchestrating and aligning strategy across multiple channels to drive demand; build pipeline; and enable sales teams to exceed their quotas. He or she has proven success running data:driven marketing programs that deliver measurable growth; and a track record of collaborating with sales to deliver the marketing tools they need to win. This person has the ability to see the big picture while executing on tactics to achieve goals.
:Cultivate the appropriate marketing mix to ensure a healthy pipeline to drive consistent growth for your segment
:Partner with sales leadership to develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs
:Set the strategy for strategic alignment with sales to determine needs for optimal marketing ROI
:Forecast, measure, analyze, refine, improve and report on impact of programs
:Proactively engage with the sales and product marketing teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
:Communicate, educate and ensure buy:in with the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including industry and geographically specific programs
:Efficiently manage the segment budget between allocation and vendor payment
:Recognize and adapt marketing plans to changes in the marketplace and industry for optimal success
:Align and maximize greater client marketing team initiatives to maximize client lifecycle experience
Education, Experience and Training required:
:Degree level education with 5:7 years marketing experience in B2B industry
