Description Summary 13;
This position is responsible for working in tandem with the Director of Operations Technology and Vendor Management. Is responsible for championing with the development and execution of Operations Technology Vendor Management (OTVM) goal strategy, change/processes, UAT execution, communication, and vendor relationships. This work will include development of innovative approaches and partnerships to improve operational efficiency. The role requires strategic thinking, and an ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt approach as needed in a highly matrixed work environment, strong collaboration and partnership.
:Supports and champions the development and execution of operational strategy, measurement and process improvement.
:Builds strong working relationships with leaders and staff across the enterprise. Leads collaborative efforts to develop and implement strategies toward achieving the goal. Identifies opportunities, risks, and issues and develops solutions to address them.
:Builds and maintains partnerships with stakeholders and vendors.
:Provides work direction to indirect reports
:Leads integrations and projects within the OTVM team
:Addresses process needs and execution
:Leads vendor improvements for OTVM team
:Bachelors degree and 7 years of project management experience or 11 years of relevant project management experience in lieu of degree.
:5 years Vendor management experience
:Experience with process management, program execution and oversight.
:Client integration experience
:Experience in reporting and working with technical teams
:Demonstrated ability to drive tactical actions.
:Data and process driven and focused on achieving results.
:Demonstrated problem solving and solutioning skills
:Strong relationship building and collaboration skills with ability to work well in a matrix organization.
:Demonstrated ability to develop and cultivate collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the organization.
:Strong teamwork, facilitation, and interpersonal skills in working with individuals at all levels. Must be able to collaborate effectively in cross:functional, cross:sector groups, and to work well in a matrix organization with executional finesse
:Resilient, flexible, and change:driven.
