Description Summary 13;
Responsible for services required to implement marketing plans. This may include managing services such as writing, design, creative production, agency, event and vendor management in synthesizing and integrating efforts to maximize results and efficiencies across all segments. Assists the Marketing Manager and team in executing go:to market plans and acquisition and retention strategies for existing and new products and services across designated segment(s). Responsible for end:to:end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process including managing client, vendor, and internal schedules to maintain drop dates and tight deadlines. Acts as a resource and mentor to other MAS team members and is often asked to take on special projects which further the business and go beyond day:to:day initiative execution. 13;
Accountabilities 13;
: Manages execution of marketing and communication tactics, creative projects, intake for the web, social, brand experience, special events, and community engagement efforts.
:Executes marketing strategies for emerging markets, product and service opportunities and other plans to grow market share for clients. Develops cross:functional plans and is comfortable working across segment teams and groups.
:Manages schedules to maintain drop dates and tight deadlines; works with production team to track status of all deliverables, create production reports and provide regular project updates to clients and business partners and ensures work stays within budget.
:Collaborates pro:actively with team, vendors, clients and business segments on the execution of marketing plans for existing and new products. Recommends next steps based on initiative goals and experience of like strategies.
:Identifies barriers, problem solves and manages issue resolution including escalation as needed.
:Manages all project requirements, communication plan, estimates and budget, vendor management and schedules for marketing plans, product launches and special events.
:Creates, maintains, executes and manages project plans and other documentation such as process flows, timelines, tracking logs, etc., and facilitates cross:functional efforts to assist Marketing Manager with design and launch of campaigns through multiple channels.
:Manages gathering of data and analysis to evaluate effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
:Oversees high volume of marketing materials involving advertising, direct mail, digital communications and collateral, including materials translated into alterative language and formats.
:Maintains understanding of state and federal marketing regulations and additional guidance to provide consultation to team and clients regarding material development and submission rules.
