If you possess a passion for providing world-class customer service, are self-driven, and possess exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills, we would like you to join our IT team as a Proactive Support Analyst.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for thorough discovery and documentation of new client network infrastructuresAnalyze client technical environments for alignment with documented Best Practices and StandardsVerify tools and internal processes have been deployed and configured to standardsDevelop and maintain technical knowledge of the client environment and ensure this information is thoroughly and accurately communicated to internal technical and non-technical teamsMeet with clients on a regular basis to conduct ongoing audits of their technical environmentCollaborate closely with internal teams to review audit reports and ensure client’s technology direction is aligned with standards and overall business objectivesProvide outstanding delivery of our technical services by leveraging both analytical and Big Picture thinking to ensure continuous improvement in both internal processes and client networksEducation, Skills and Experience: Possess strong oral and written communication skills and be comfortable interfacing with client executive teams.Process driven with high attention to detail and excellent follow through skillsTechnical aptitude, attention to detail, and documentation skills are more important than hands on technical experience, though technical experience is a plusProfessional demeanor and outstanding customer service skillsSelf-motivated, able to work independently, but also demonstrate strong leadership when collaborating with other teamsGood judgment, technical common sense, and solid problem solving skillsStrong work ethic with a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills2+ Years in relevant analytical roles or technical support rolesAssociate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real world experienceWe Offer: Competitive wageComprehensive benefit packageExcellent work environmentOpportunity for growth Company DescriptionFor over 30 years, CW Technology has been delivering enterprise-quality IT management services that ensure our clients’ success.
