I'm looking to sublease my apartment for this spring semester starting from February. The lease is good until July 2013. It's in a 2 bedroom apartment but an individual will get their own room and bathroom. It has a full kitchen and living and is included with an underground parking spot for $85 per month which I am willing to pay for. I'm looking to find someone asap, preferrably a guy because there is already another guy that is living here with his own bedroom and bathroom.
