About the role:
A Global Patient Marketing Manager is responsible for accelerating the growth of key products through the development and execution of demand generation initiates focused on prospective patients and targeted HCP audiences. The position is responsible for partnering with Marketing, Field Marketing and Sales to identify new and innovative ways to increase the number of patients treated with BSC Men's Health devices for erectile dysfunction and male incontinence.
Demand generationinitiatives developed by this individual include direct:to:patient marketing content and tactics, patient education seminars, physician health talks, partnerships with patient advocacy organizations, PR appearances, and other programs aimed at driving procedural growth. This individual will also be responsible for post:campaign and activity analysis to determine best practices and to drive attainment of key performance metrics.
Your responsibilities will include:
Market Development and Product Promotion : Patient Outreach
:Create Country Specific and Language Specific digital and printed patient education content for use in demand generation programs.
:Create customer marketing programs, content and tactics based on market data.
:Work cross:functionally with legal, clinical and regulatory to get programs and materials approved.
:Create overall patient engagement strategy to usher patients through the treatment algorithm.
:Implement field based marketing programs to increase patient awareness for BSC treatment solutions for the conditions of erectile dysfunction and male stress incontinence.
:Drive and track patient education and community outreach programs.
:Foster a deep understanding of the patient decision:making process in assigned therapy areas and effectively utilize this information in the creation of new initiatives.
:Work with collaborative counterparts to drive Physician Health Talks between prosthetic urologists and other health care providers.
:Develop direct:to:consumer marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation and community opportunities.
:Identify and develop Public Relation opportunities on regional/national outlets. Ensure clear call to action and support development of appropriate on:going communication pathway for interested prospects.
:Evaluate strategies for program launches to ensure surgical solutions are properly positioned and that brochures, videos, and other supporting materials in language will position therapies successfully and stimulate procedural growth.
:Conduct and/or support required market research to support the creation of a new market development strategy.
:Leverage clinical and technical expertise of Men's Health surgical procedures along with close working knowledge of the BSC MH field team and the urology community to provide effective input into meaningful market development programs.
:Collaborate with a broad range of BSC MH personnel to prioritize market development programs by balancing, benefit, cost, time, risk, and brand.
:Drive procedural growth at the national level through programs and activities.
Program Planning and Budgeting
:Build comprehensive marketing plans with timelines, budgets and key deliverables aligned with overall marketing objectives.
:Contribute to the strategic planning process.
