Challenge yourself, your peers and our industry by shaping what health care looks like and doing your life's best work.(sm) Positions in this function include traditional Executive Assistant duties including: Answering the telephone, typing / word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. Primary Responsibilities:Must be professional and comfortable interacting with executive level leaders; must also be prepared to handle the complexity of coordinating travel, meetings, visitor's at this levelManage meetings (scheduling, material preparation and distribution, coordinating remote participants)Manage calendarsHandle confidential information professionally and discretelyOnboard new staffAct as administrative process guru and "go to" for the teamRecruiting - schedule candidate interviews and travel logisticsSchedule travelManage expense reimbursementWork is frequently completed without established proceduresSelf - directed and works independentlyMay coordinate activities for leaders othersProvide internal and external customer service to employees, vendors and clientsRequired Qualifications:High school education or GED5 or more years experience supporting executive - level staff membersIntermediate Microsoft PowerPoint / Excel / Word proficiency Preferred Qualifications:3 or more years experience creating and submitting expense reports 3 or more years experience maintaining calendars and setting up meetings 3 or more years experience making travel arrangements Experience in healthcareSoft Skills:Experience delivering a high level of internal and external customer serviceExcellent written communication skillsCareers with OptumRx.
