Just ask any of your 5,000+ colleagues.The AGCO Finance Global Risk Officer supports the development of new and existing programs throughout AGCO Finance. The AGCO Finance Global Risk Officer will be responsible for the timely completion and submission of the vendor review and updates to the review as required; working with the JV Program Managers to expand to new countries or add new products; creating Risk Acceptance Criteria; training and supporting credit underwriters; monitoring local and global program performance. The AGCO Finance Global Risk Officer will also be responsible for, among other things, providing portfolio acquisition support and monitoring external market trends within the agricultural industry., * Proactively provide your vision regarding the local and global program related risk activities. Set the Risk Acceptance Criteria as needed and in cooperation with others. * Lead the preparation of the Risk Acceptance Statements (RAS) and monitor compliance with the RAS * Coordinate and lead changes to scorecards, decision trees, and credit decisioning process to gain greater efficiencies * Prepare and submit the global vendor application and all updates thereto * Provide market and industry expertise in the development and monitoring of the vendor programs * Monitor the performance of the portfolios and propose the necessary actions to remedy negative trends * Monitor adherence to global risk policies * Proactively prepare and submit periodic monitoring reports to Regional and/or Global Risk * Lead the preparation and submission of the annual Risk Authorization Letters (RAL) in coordination with Regional and Global Risk * Assist and support the JV offices during short-term absences and unusually heavy volume periods * Coordinate, collect, and review risk cost estimates within Portfolio Optimization and provide guidance for the PO * Participate, in committees assuming the role of Industry Risk expert * Maintain close working relationships with country managers, the vendor, and Regional/Industry Risk Officers * Take decisions/key recommendations on all new products or significant structural changes on local programs * Proactively provide portfolio performance data to AGCO Corporation * Serve as a member of the AGCO Finance Global MT* Minimum of Bachelors level college degree * 10+ years in credit risk experience in the heavy equipment financing market * Experience in agricultural financing * Strong personal skills * Interpersonal skills * Negotiation skills * Written and verbal communications skills * Credit Risk assessment * Experience in managing complex projects * In depth experience with credit scoring models* Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity * Career development opportunities: online learning, member development programs, tuition reimbursement program * Company matching 401k program * Industry leading Paid Time Off package * Outstanding Medical, Dental, Vision benefit programs * One month fully paid sabbatical after seven years of service Contact Mary at +1 (610) ### #### or
