Job Description

Job Summary

Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple managers and service lines. Duties may include field telephone calls, document collection and processing, compiling data, creating spreadsheets and filing. Position is also responsible for data entry as directed for audit items/compliance requirements and meeting coordination.

Job Responsibilities

Area of Responsibility

Calendar Management

* Maintain calendar arrangements as directed.

Typing, File and Information/Document Management

* Organize files as directed and maintain directory of stored files.

* Provide administrative support to create, modify or finalize documents as directed.

* Send documents via email, or mail

Meeting Management

* Schedule and Book rooms as directed for meetings

Communications Management

* Organize incoming communications and distribute as directed.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Years of Relevant Experience

* 0-4 years of experience required

* 1-2 years direct experience in a support function role

Skills and Knowledge

* Microsoft office including Outlook

Other Abilities

* Professional Demeanor

* Business Phone Etiquette
