Job Description Randstad has a direct hire administrative assistant opening with fast growing consulting firm in downtown St. Paul in this role you will be responsible for document development, formatting, proofing, and editing. This candidate must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. This position requires a high level of accuracy and significant attention to detail. Location: St. Paul, MN (Downtown) Pay: $36,000-38,000 plus extensive benefits Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM Qualifications: -Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access -Proficiency in proofreading, attention to detail, writing clarity, and written/oral communication skills -Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain organized when working on multiple concurrent projects -High level of confidentiality -High School Diploma or equivalent.
