Job Description
A south metro, successful family owned business in the technology industry is looking to add to their administrative support team This is a full:time, contract to hire role, M:F 8am:5pm. The role pays 15/hour and is for the administrative gurus of the world who love helping customers and executives. The person in this role can expect the duties below, but will also extend beyond it:
:Answer phones and assist customers
:Order processing for bid/requests, and other customer inquiries
:Extensive email correspondence
:Assist with marketing, customer mailings, and database work as requested and needed
:Other general office administration
:Process incoming shipments (receive, check:in, restock inventory)
:Process outgoing shipments (pull orders, compare shipping methods, double check and release)
:Manage inventory of shipping supplies
:Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
:Maintain a neat and clean warehouse
