About the role:
This position is responsible for coordinating, developing and managing and developing training programs, events and resources for Watchman Sales Training. Manages the maintenance of existing training presentations, department presentations and communications.
Your responsibilities include:
:Develops new training materials and resources in a fast growing division.
:Recommend instructional/graphical methods for conveying medical/sales information
:Delivers onboarding materials and presentations and acts as the key point of contact for the Watchman new hires in training
:Manages logistics and coordination associated with learning programs and events.
:Reviews all training for appropriate adult learning methodology and clear objectives
:Develops E:training and refinement of training agendas such as Brainsharks, exercises and processes
:Legal and regulatory processes, understanding METIS and METIS submissions
:Maintains training content and online access to resource materials
:Track training compliance
:Gathers appropriate information to draft bi:monthly training newsletter
:Serves as a my Learning Liaison
:Processes expenses associated with various training purchases
:Works alongside training manager to develop, create and improve training processes.
:Participates in in:house training as needed
:Work with outside vendors to further enhance training department/materials.
What we're looking for:
:Bachelorsdegree or equivalent work experience
:Minimum 1 yearrelated work experience in training and/or curriculum design and development
:Must be highly skilled in Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel,).
:Must be a self:starter with a clear focus on curriculum development.
:Must be able to juggle multiple priorities and manage requests coming from a variety of sources/users.
:Must be knowledgeable and proficient in the METIS process.
:Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines within a fast:paced environment.
:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
