Description Summary 13;
This position is responsible for ensuring that assigned products and operations are in regulatory and legal compliance and that statutory, regulatory, legal and other requirements are communicated, implemented and monitored.
: Assist in the review of marketing materials to ensure compliance with Medicare Marketing Guidelines. Submit to CMS for review and track approvals.
:Assist in the intake, tracking and dissemination of CMS memos (HPMS memos), or other applicable regulatory guidance.
:Track and trend PHI disclosures. Determine and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrences, as appropriate.
:Acts as a compliance resource by researching questions. Responds to research requests through research and analysis of new and existing statutory, regulatory, legal and other requirements.
:Other compliance responsibilities, as assigned.
:3.0 or above GPA.
:Current enrollment in a 4:year accredited academic institution.
:Application knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
:Ability to communicate to all levels.
:Organizational : ability to gather, categorize and prioritize information
:No experience required
:Well developed communication skills with ability to express complex concepts into simple terms and ability to write clear, concise and grammatically correct materials.
Preferred Requirements 13;
:Previous experience helpful but not necessary.
