Tennant is currently seeking a Global Travel Accountant at our headquarters in Golden Valley, MN. The Global Travel Account will manage and administer global travel and expense including enforcing Global Travel Policy, corporate credit card program administration, Duty of Care administration, T and E system administration, SOX compliance along with provide customer service to employees.
:Manage relationship with global travel Management Company
:Primary contact for North America travel with employee from company level
:Collaborate with Sourcing department for preferred provider relationships with airline, hotel, car rental, etc.
:Global Concur:Travel administrator
:System administrator for Duty of Care (ISOS) including working with Crisis Management team when issues occur
:Monitor employee reimbursement process inclusive of managing systems and assisting ongoing processing (Concur)
:Maintain and update program features
:Audit credit card expenses
:Set up and maintain employee profiles daily
:Provide backup to approve expense reports for payments
:Complete the extract GL download from Concur when errors occur
:Oversee administration of corporate credit card program inclusive of managing provider relations
:Create accounts for new hires
:Close accounts for terminated employees
:Update employee information
:Update approved increased spending limits
:Monitor/audit employee accounts
:Monitor and enforce employee expenses, corporate travel and credit card policies.
:Manage reporting inclusive of spend plus volume trends along with exception reporting, T and E Metrics and monthly T and E Scorecard.
:Create and post monthly T and E Accrual from Concur
:Create and post journal entries when needed
:T and E account reconciliations monthly
:Responsible for all external auditor testing including SOX compliance.
:Follow up with employees and managers on questions
:Assist employees with account reconciliations
:Monitor training on Expense, Travel and corporate card processes along with tools
:Manage the Business Travel page on the Tennant intranet website
:2 year accounting degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
:Knowledge of T and E reporting and processing
:Knowledge of international travel customs and currencies
:Excellent communication (oral and written) skills
:Analytical mind with strong business acumen
:Working knowledge of MS Office
:Working knowledge of travel and expense software, Concur preferred
:SAP experience preferred
:Customer oriented approach
:Well:organized and reliable
:Willingness to travel internationally
