EIT Finance is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong financial analysis experience to support multiple leaders in the Office of the Technology Chief Operating Officer (TCOO). The Office of the Technology Chief Operating Officer is designed to run IT in a way that provides a competitive advantage for the company. The organization will address challenges, instill a greater sense of urgency to meet our strategic enterprise technology initiatives, and keep a keen focus on enterprise delivery through coordination and enablement of EIT s day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of attention to detail, critical thinking, initiative and problem-solving skills. She/he will be able to work independently, be highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and take on new challenges.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Perform the financial planning and analysis activities including: Resource capacity forecasts, management reporting, key metrics reporting
* Provide complex financial analysis in support of the TCOO strategic business objectives
* Present financial results and associated analysis to senior management
* Prepare presentation materials on behalf of senior management
* Perform finance operations activities including ME close, accruals, journal entries
* Implement and monitor financial controls including support for Reg. W compliance, SOW accounting
* Identifying and implementing solutions to streamline financial processes
* Partner with the Business Units to identify strategies to achieve financial efficiencies
Required Qualifications:
* 6+ years of finance experience
Desired Qualifications:
* A BS/BA degree or higher in business, finance, or economics
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Strong analytical and quantitative skills
* Financial analysis or accounting experience
* Hyperion Essbase experience
