Financial Analyst II
Overview:
This role will provide financial support to the corporate financial, planning, and analysis team requiring strong analytical, financial modeling, and management reporting skills. This role with interact with cross functional leaders requiring solid business acumen and communications skills.
General Responsibilities:
:Lead the capital expenditure review process, which includes reviewing analysis related to business request and maintaining a consistent forecast process
:Create and optimize monthly and quarterly corporate financial management reporting packages and business review presentations
:Develop and maintain consolidated forecasting and planning financial models
:Provide accurate, timely, and informative business insights to key stakeholders
:Respond to requests from business partners for analytics, metrics, and trends to drive informed decision making
:Build relationships across teams globally to drive consistency in reporting and forecasting
:Ability to review and extract competitor information for benchmarking purposes
:Manage and assist with various corporate and financial projects as needed
Required Experience and Education:
:Bachelors Degree in accounting or finance (4 year degree)
:2:5 years of experience in financial analyst roles
:Experience with business case development and corporate management reporting
:Strong financial modeling skillset
:Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
:Strong communication skills
:Experience with SAP, BW, and/or BPC preferred
