Description Summary 13;
This position is responsible for providing consultative services on business design and modeling expertise that is necessary to achieve the business goals and objectives on enterprise projects by consulting with the business owner, stakeholders, IT roles and others. The incumbent is skilled in facilitating resolutions and outcomes for future state business models, provides subject matter expertise on process knowledge, improvement opportunities, and process performance analysis and measurement. This position reports up through Health Services.

:Consults with business owner, management, subject matter experts, IT and industry best practices in the development of future state processes that drive a consistent customer experience across the enterprise.
:Extensive knowledge of process improvement methodologies and demonstrated experience using methodologies to drive tangible improvement.
:Develops clear pictures of current state processes and gaps to achieve future state.
:Utilizes multiple techniques to develop processes including facilitating meetings with business partners, interviews and research.
:Drives development, communication and adoption of best practices.
:Promotes the culture changes needed to support formal business modeling functions that promote knowledge retention, business artifact development and usage.
:Define post implementation strategies for continuous process improvement.

Requirements 13;
:Bachelors degree in business or related field plus 8 years of experience in business design, business modeling, and process improvement methodologies; or 12 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
:Strong analytical, conceptual, and logic skills to take high:level business product concepts and translate to operational level business models.
:Demonstrated ability to build cross functional relationships, which includes negotiation and persuasion skills.
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to adapt style as appropriate to align with the audience and the need.
:Ability to leverage appropriate documentation tools to manage the work at hand.
:Willing and able to learn new things for the sake of the work effort.
:Ability to utilize most components of the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Project and Visio.
:Ability to handle conflict situations professionally.
:Ability to facilitate tasks among multiple stakeholders and/or team members.
:Ability to derive next steps in ambiguous situations.
:Adaptability to move with change and maintain a positive attitude.

:Detailed experience and knowledge of Care Management systems and processes.
:Process improvement certification (Lean or Six Sigma).
